Delivery: The majority of the products on JKL Country Primitives are handmade in the USA. They are made to order. When you place an order they are handcrafted at that time. Please allow an average of 2-3 weeks for delivery. During times of more holiday orders the ship time may be more. Please email us if you have any questions HERE. Shipping: We currently only ship to the Continental United States. If you are in a country outside the Continental US and would like to purchase an item you can email me at HERE. Please send us the names of the items you are interested in and your postal code. Then I will see if I can make arrangements to ship to another country. If it is possible to send it to another country I will send you a special invoice. The following countries are where PayPal is accepted. And they are the only countries we can check to figure out the shipping rate to send you a special invoice. US Shipping Rates: Please note that the shipping rates are set up with an average shipping fee. If the shipping is less than what you've paid, I'll refund you the shipping. If the shipping turns out to be more, you owe me nothing. I'll simply raise the fee on the site. You can't ask for a better shipping policy than that. Exchanges: Exchanges are welcome as long as the correct postage is paid. Please e-mail us to let us know you are returning the goods for an exchange. You will be billed a postage fee for us to ship the exchange item. As soon as the postage is paid and the item is received, the exchange item will be shipped. Refunds: If you are not satisfied with your items then please e-mail HERE. Once you have received a reply you can return the item. Items must be returned within 10 days. Any personal information submitted will never be sold or passed on to any third party. Backorder: On rare occasions a product may be unavailable due to discontinuation or back order. In the event a product is discontinued you will promptly be notified and issued a full refund.
